THE ONE APP PRIVACY POLICY
THE ONE APP (“we”) respect the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy clarifies how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when visiting our Application (the “Application"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. ACCOUNT INFORMATION
When you create an account, we store and use the information you provide during that process, such as the first and last name you enter, email address, zip code, physical address, and any other information you may provide during the account creation process, such as gender, phone number, or birth date.
CONTACTS
You can share your posts, and your friends or connections’ posts. You can also share other users’ profiles via third-party platforms. For people who do not have an account, whenever they receive the share link, through the link they will be able to download the APP.
FACEBOOK PERMISSIONS
The Application may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, check-ins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
THIRD-PARTY DATA
Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Application permission to access this information.
INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH US
We require specific information to provide our services to you. For example, you must have an account in order to upload or share content on the APP. When you choose to share the information below with us, we collect and use it to operate our services.
BASIC ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You have to create an account to use some of our service features. If you choose to create an account, you must provide us with some personal data to provide our services to you. Your display name and username are always public.
CONTACT INFORMATION AND ADDRESS BOOKS
We use your contact information, such as your email address or phone number, to authenticate your account and keep it - and our services - secure and to help prevent spam, fraud, and abuse. Subject to your settings, we also use contact information to enable certain account features (for example, login verification), send you information about our services, and personalize our services.
If you provide us with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from APP to that number as your country’s laws allow. APP also uses your contact information to market to you as your country's laws allow and to help others find your account if your settings permit, including through third-party services and client applications. You can use your settings for email and mobile notifications to control the notifications you receive from the APP. You can also unsubscribe from a notification by following the instructions contained within the notification or here.
You can find other users who have an Account via their registered mobile number or by either their first name, middle name, or last name. This will enable you to find and connect with people you know and help others find and connect with you. We also use this information to better recommend content to you and others.
6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A. LOCATION INFORMATION
We require information about your signup and current location, which we get from signals such as your IP address or device settings, to securely and reliably set up and maintain your account and to provide our services to you. Subject to your settings, we may collect, use, and store additional information about your location - such as your current precise position or places where you’ve previously used the APP - to operate or personalize our services, this may include local trends, trending stories and suggestions for people you may follow or find other users on the APP to connect with.
DATA FROM SOCIAL NETWORKS
User information from social networking sites, such as [Apple’s Game Center, Facebook, Google Account, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter], including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. This information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join the Application.
MOBILE DEVICE ACCESS
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s [Bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage,] and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

When you log into the APP on a browser or device, we will associate that browser or device with your account for purposes such as authentication, security, and personalization.
